Savour NZ is described as 'New Zealand's most vibrant and inspiring food and wine experience'. Savour New Zealand is an annual event for those seeking the best in culinary food products, masterclasses in cooking, and networking with fellow food and wine afficiandos. The event is spread over three days and is held at the Langham Hotel in Auckland from 1st-4th May, 2008

The programme for Savour New Zealand will focus on a masterclass structure during the day with plenty of fine food and wine. Exciting features include: degustation dinners in Partingtons - 2007 Restaurant of the Year, a once-in-a-lifetime whisky and cognac occasion in the luxury of the Langham's Greys Room. The presenters for 2008 represent many of the proven culinary legends in Australasia as well as innovative and inspiring ones from other parts of the world.
