Fri 8 Feb 2008: 2008 Honey Harvest is underway

The new Honey Harvest is underway for 2008. Many of our single flower honeys are now being bottled. While the Manuka harvest is down this season, we have a really nice Pohutukawa honey from Muriwai and a good Waiheke Manuka "vintage" this season.

Our organic honeys from the South Island are due to be extracted over the next month and we anticipate good volumes of Organic Rata, Organic Borage, Organic Manuka and Organic Honeydew to come through. We are also looking forward to the new season's UMF Manuka honey.
